HI my name is Carol. I am a Certified Balloon Artist, (CBA) * and the
principal Gardener in the Balloon Garden. We are located in the
heart of the country in Olathe, Kansas. (Kansas City Area)
Over 25 years ago I started making balloon animals and Face
Painting.
Our company has since expanded to include balloon decor for any
kind of event and creating Floral Centerpieces and Balloon
